1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services

Folio-Deck provides web development, design, and related digital services. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

3. Project Terms

3.1 Project Scope

All projects will be clearly defined in a separate project agreement or statement of work. Any changes to the project scope may result in additional charges.

3.2 Timeline

Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on client feedback, revisions, and external factors. Delays caused by client feedback or content provision may extend the project timeline.

3.3 Revisions

Each project includes a specified number of revisions. Additional revisions beyond the agreed amount will be charged at the current hourly rate.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment Schedule

Unless otherwise agreed, projects require 50% payment upfront and 50% upon completion. Larger projects may have milestone-based payment schedules.

4.2 Late Payments

Invoices are due within 30 days of issue date. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly service charge and may result in project suspension.

4.3 Refunds

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Work completed and delivered is generally non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Client Content

Clients retain ownership of all content, images, and materials provided for the project.

5.2 Developed Work

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of custom-developed work. However, Folio-Deck retains the right to use general techniques, methodologies, and non-proprietary code in future projects.

5.3 Portfolio Rights

Folio-Deck reserves the right to display completed work in portfolios and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

6.1 Service Warranty

All work is guaranteed to be free from defects for 30 days after project completion. This warranty covers functionality issues, not design preferences or scope changes.

6.2 Third-Party Services

Folio-Deck is not responsible for issues arising from third-party services, hosting providers, or external integrations beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Folio-Deck be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, payment is due for all work completed to date. Clients will receive all completed work upon full payment.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the services, to understand our practices.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
